Q: What should I wear?

A: Casual attire is appropriate. We recommend comfortable clothing and layers to accommodate varying room temperatures.

Q: Will I have access to the taped sessions?

A: No, taped sessions are used for internal training purposes.

Q: Is there a shuttle from the airport?

A: There is not a shuttle from the airport or surrounding hotels to the venue.

Q: Are there special hotel rates for workshop attendees?

A: Yes, we've arranged special rates at the venue. Please note this block is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. See the "Accommodations" section of your registration confirmation for hotel suggestions.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue. Please check with the front desk for a parking pass.

Q: Will I receive professional development credits?

A: We'll provide a certificate with documentation of course name and hours upon completion of the workshop.

Q: Will meals be provided?

A: Meals are not provided. A lunch block between 12:00-1:15 PM .

    Q: What should I bring?

    A: Helpful items include:

    • A light jacket (room temperatures can vary)
    • A laptop or tablet
    • Notepad and pen
    • Any specific materials mentioned in your confirmation email

    Q: What time should I arrive?

    A: Registration opens at 7:30 AM on the first day. We recommend arriving by 8:00 AM to get settled before our 8:30 AM start time. Each workshop runs from 8:30 AM-3:00 PM with a 1.5 hour lunch break.

    Cancellation Terms:

    • For cancellations more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
    • For cancellations 10-30 days before the event: Credit toward future Mathodology workshop minus a $50 cancellation fee (valid for 1 year from workshop date)
    • For cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund

    Participant Substitution:

    Participant substitutions are permitted up to 7 days before the event. To request a substitution, please email [email protected] at least seven business days before the training program date.

    Virtual Workshops

    Cancellation Terms:

    • For cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
    • For cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No refund

    Q: What’s included in my registration fee?

    A: Your registration includes all workshop materials, hands-on training sessions, refreshments during the workshop, and a certificate of completion. If you are attending a 3 day workshop a game night is also included.

    A: You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after registering. If you haven't received it within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
